Description: To make the students understand the need of Reuse by creating something useful from waste, make the students aware that the similar waste product are found in India and the other country and various useful items can be prepared.
Skills evolved:
  • Develop thinking skill
  • Identify the waste in home and create useful item.
  • Sensitizing that reusing is a step towards saving environment
Activity 1: (September 2013)

Description: Abacus - (Resource tool for Math's Lab)
Students create a educational tool from the caps of the bottles and help to create a resource as a ABACUS for other classes to use.

  2. These activities are amazing. This will create awareness about reuse of waste material and changing them to useful items. It will not only cut the cost of item but also enhance the creativity of young minds. I appreciate the efforts of all the teachers and students associated with these activities.
